  : Close to Hilton Hawaiaan Village. Quick to respond Vacasa staff. Kitchenette a plus. Complete equipment and appliances.
  : I just realized after 3 days that what is on the photo when I booked is not the same room I was in. Similar in lay- out, but totally different colors.

  : Very good location, close to the beach. I was there for a conference at the convention center which was easily accessible too (10 min walk).
  : The place is a bit noisy due to the boulevard traffic.

  : Vacasa posted pictures of a different unit on booking.com and then changed the pictures the day before I checked in. I have proof of this via some screenshots I took when I booked.Bedroom:The space had a queen sized Murphy bed that sat low to the ground (hard on knees) and had no walk around space.There are no outlets (or side tables) by the bed. Bathroom:The shower had no light in it and they had put a black curtain up preventing what little light that was in the bathroom in. There was no space / shelving to put toiletries in the bathroom.Kitchen:There was no dishwasher in the kitchen. The kitchen knives were dull. The coffee mugs have permanent coffee stains in them. The bistro table is cheap and not sturdy enough for anyone over 200 lbs to sit comfortably on. The original ad said there was a washer and dryer in unit. There was only paid shared w/d on the 4th floor The original ad said there was an assigned parking space. Upon check in they told me that one was available for an extra $30 per day. Other: I was told they needed access into my unit for a building issue. I asked if they could schedule for later and they said it was already arranged. I then had to wake up early and wait around for no one to show up. I found out later they had found another way to address the issue. The fact that I gave up a whole morning of my vacation waiting without any updates was pretty poor communication.

  : Location is ideal. Close to restaurants, beach, and shopping.
  : Tower only had one elevator working, unit needed more cooking utensil, ie a can opener. Older building requiring updates. Rental suite was compact but designed well. Air Conditioner was very noisy. Murphy bed wasn't very comfortable.

  : The kitchen was a bonus and all dishes are provided. The view was very nice. I could see the sail boats in the morning and fireworks from the nearby lagoon. The windows opened the full length of one wall which allowed the ocean breeze to come in and the location was convenient. Close to stores and other hotels. I could walk to the mall or the beach and several restaurants are close by.
  : The room shown on the advertisement was not the room I was given. I was expecting a beach resort type room instead I was given a black and red industrial room designed for a man. The elevators are old and one was non operational at one point. The room was really dusty as if no one used if for a year or more. The floor was (beautiful) black granite and hard to keep clean. The murphy bed was impossible to close and took up most of the space. I cracked my shin on the metal frame several times trying to get to the TV. There is really no mgr so you are on your own. No toilet paper, etc are supplied. Plenty of towels. Bed was good, pillows not so much.
