  : the location was amazing. The property fit us nicely (the kids slept in the living area where there was a pull out couch and on the pull out futon chair). The balcony allowed for mountain and sea views and was spectacular. It was a corner room so was slightly bigger. We only used the pool/hot tubs on one day but it was a nice change of pace from the beach. The parking was convenient as well.
  : The oven smoked every time we turned it on (maybe something was still in there from the cleaning) so making a pizza for the kids was a bit difficult but we managed. The owners were great about providing us with dishwashing detergent when needed. The elevators were often slow and always full so we often had to wait for multiple elevators (especially due to covid)

  : For the most part, everything was great! The pictures don’t do this properly justice. Such a beautiful view. Great location- 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to tons of food options. Laundry in the building was also a plus, as was the free parking (in/out allowed).
  : The placement of the bathroom window had me extremely paranoid people across the street could see me. And unfortunately on my last night I found someone’s nail clipping on the night stand next to the bed. Luckily it was the night before our check out because we couldn’t help but think where else the cleaning staff missed... Also, we were provided with powder detergent and after loading it, realized the laundry room signs asked guests to only use liquid detergent.

  : This apartment has everything you need. It is clean, tidy and very well equipped.

  : View from apartment(28th Floor) is excellent. you can have Partial to clear view of Mountains, Clear view of City, partial view of Ocean.Maintenance/room service was right on money. Property is just One Block Away from Waikiki beach. Given Door lock-code to enter into room, so no hassle keeping Keys. Had free & safe parking(from floor 2 to 5, plenty of open spaces to park). Have Play Area for Kids & swimming pool on 6th floor. Provided some surfing boards, Sand Toys & Beach Chairs. Had brand new Electric Stove, Microwave, DishWasher, Fridge & other Kitchenettes so enjoyed cooking & eating homestyle food as & when needed for Kids.
  : 1: Didn't like reception on 1st day of arrival. After long & tired Flight journey of 10 Hours, upon reaching to property office at 2 PM, found office was closed, No notes were stick on door and there is no waiting area outside of office, so I was lingering out of office with Kids & Family tired & frustrated. Found one Cleaning staff and requested to call Property Manager to let her know that we have arrived. I confirmed on Booking.com of my arrival to Property by 2 PM, but after arriving Property Manger said they don't check in till 3 PM so she was out dealing with other things until then & was not at office by 2 PM. I wish they would have kept Office open where I could rest for a while with tired Family & Kids until she would come or would have a waiting area or some sort of seating arrangement out side of office. 2: Have only one small Air conditioning set up in living room and No A/C in Bed room, so Bedroom always left warmer than living room, which was annoying. It was more uncomfortable during night time when you felt warmer in bed room and had to keep bedroom door open to have it ventilated. Definitely need another A/C in bed room.
