  : Close to all the areas downtown, Close to a grocery store and to the Hop on Bus and normal bus routes. Good views.
  : Make sure the Oven works..... The hot plates worked ok as did everything else. We also had a small leak around the toilets bowl which needs to be fixed. We where there over a weekend which made greeting things fixed a bit hard. Perhaps a 100% check of by the owner is in order.

  : Good value for money. Accessible and within walking distance to central Waikiki & also to trolley stops to Ala Moana (but you can also walk). We loved the amenities available - full kitchen with utilities & utensils to use. The rooms were a good size and were comfortable ‘ there were lots of seating areas in the living area to accomodate our group - we had 10 pax and booked 2 of the 2 bedroom apartments. Although they were right next to each other, it still worked for us. Safely in the building was great with overnight security who were friendly and helpful. Residents were also friendly you meet them on the elevators and such. I recommend this place!
  : Some of the appliances weren’t working - the oven, the lighting in the room (though we used a lamp when we figured the main switch wasn’t working), the bathroom shower/tub is quite small & can be quite a squeeze for a big group. Vacuuming wasn’t good as there were still dust/dirt behind the couch but we cleaned it ourselves & luckily there was a vacuum & cleaning products available in the apartment to use. 1 major downfall though not the at fault of the owners was the noise you could hear from outside esp if you’re sleeping in the front room. Traffic, sirens & noise coming through all throughout the night made it difficult to sleep

  : The property was very clean and we had an amazing stay here with family. The kitchen was very well equipped which was very helpful. The property was exactly how it was advertised.

  : Location is perfect and it was easy access to get to places
  : There is a lot of road traffic which was very loud even with all the windows closed. There was not even a dish cloth in the kitchen to wipe down counters etc. We stayed for multiple days and there was no great way to keep the condo clean

  : not very welcoming, received a long list of rules but no useful information. No coffee tea or milk available on arrival (very late). No information in the apartment about nearby facilities Only found by chance there was a very good coffee shop at ground level, although thought it was a tattoo parlour at first! Absolutely no furniture in the bedrooms, so had to keep clothes on the floor.

  : This was the first placed we have stayed at in the US with a kettle - Great for tea drinkers! Overall the room was comfortable and nicely presented and the air con worked well.
  : The building itself is old and this is seen in things like air vents, bath/shower plugs & plumbing, pool area & building elevator. There are louvre windows in the bedroom which mean the noise from people walking along the walkway and surround is very noticeable. If you are looking for value and functionality this is ok but next time I would choose somewhere closer to the beach.
