: Stuff is super friendly (even filled our thermos with hot tea after our stay) Location is great (about 7 mins from the beach and a cycle road Water faucets are convenient (with temperature selection) The room looks nice as expected, large enough, clean Homelike atmosphere (especially breakfast is simple in a small underground room, but cozy)
: Heating was not working properly (i.e. it's only turned on after 5 p.m. and the room was actually quite cold) We ran out of hot water quickly (i.e. either water boiler is not effective or it's a small one, so I do not recommend to stay in cold seasons if you are thermophilic) Breakfast was quite simple without much choice (no hot meals except boiled eggs, cheese/cold wurst, toasts, yogurts, cornflakes with milk, tea/coffee)

: The personnel was very kind and attentive with us. The building and the rooms are very beautiful. They really did a good job restoring the building and turning it into a mini villa with stone courtyards and stylish pool.The position is great: train station, beach and main square with restaurant in easy reach.
: Breakfast options were limited and the first day we had to point out that the cheese/hams were moldy.The rooms and common spaces were not well cleaned. Especially the floors.Some floor tiles need fixing and so do the outer windows. It's a pity to see such a beautiful building in disrepair.

: Staff - nice, smiling, willing to support needsLocation - really close to center with two good restaurants and coffee place
: Older furnishing and small things that bother (broken soap dispenser, old bed sheets). Water in pool seemed dirty
