  : The location was very good. The weather was not always the best, lots of rain. The sliding door was not functioning well and there was no screen. it was a quite place, not much noise to bother. One problem, my wife found a spider, we think a brown recluse, on her neck after lying on the couch one evening reading. The floor in the bedroom appeared to have problems of installation. It sounded like the cereal with a snap, crackle pot sound as you walked across the floor. It was comfortable, but we felt it lacked some touches to make it worth the price. Mr. Patel was exceptionally nice, trying to supply all our needs that he could. We appreciated his help on several occasions. I don't want to sound negative, but I did ant to be honest.
