  : Cleanliness of the towels was subpar. People were smoking weed inside of the property and I could smell it everywhere.

  : There was nothing to like.
  : My confirmation was for 2 rooms. The hotel only showed 1 room for 3 adults. The staff was not willing to assist us in any way. Saying we only had 1 room and there were no other rooms available. At 2:00 in the morning, We called the Corp office and got no where. I called booking.com and the rep did not fulfill what she said she would do. There was a group of guests and employees hanging out drinking, smoking weed and cooking on a camp grill in the front of the hotel. The desk rep refused to answer the phones when corporate and booking called. We found out by those hanging out outside, the manager had been out there drinking and smoking with them and took an empty room for herself so she didn't drive home intoxicated. The desk rep finally got an email feom Booking and tried calling the manager more than 5 times, apparently she wad to intoxicated to answer her phone. We had to finally take the 1 room and my 75yr old mother slept in a chair. The shower was dangerously slippery. In the morning, the man at the desk refused to provide a receipt. I told him this was the most asinine hotel stay I've ever encountered. I then tossed the key card on the counter and it it slid toward the am desk rep and I walked away. He proceeded to tell me not to throw stuff at him and proceeded to throw it at me landing on the floor. Had I actually thrown it at him, it would have hit him since I was right at the counter which he was leaning on. The pool was filled with trash floating in it and shopping baskets of clothing and other random items were in the back of the building. The utter lack of cleanliness of the hotel and the disrespect of the staff was nothing I had ever experienced before. Truly the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. We would have been better off sleeping in the car.

  : Receptionist was nice && accomdating.
  : they gave us 3 rooms that were a mess.1st room key didn’t work. 2nd room was someone else room who was there. 3rd room did not have no blow dryer, towels, tv didn’t work, and fridge was broke. Kids at 3 in morning running the halls. People was in the lobby with no shirt or shoes and a cookout in front the building. trash was everywhere!! and they had roaches!!

  : The front desk person was very kind. He gave us a few complimentary drinks and snacks as we had to wait about an hour due to the global system (MS) outage on July 19, 2024.
  : The first room that was allotted had no AC functioning so we requested for a room change. We were given another room but its card fob was not working. The water pressure in the taps in the washroom was very slow and frustrating.The hotel had weed smoke smell.

  : The photos were not accurate. The hotel was dirty and not well kept. Our room was changed 3 times due to something or the other missing or not working.

  : The quietness compared to other highway-close places.
  : Old and outdated blanket. The air conditioner has mold all over it, but I had to use it all day because it was hot. They claimed to have pools on this website when booking, but it was broken. Looking down at the pool from my room, it seems to have been broken for a long time and unmaintained. Breakfast often ran out of food.
