  : The staff was the greatest company! Very kind and helpful! They also had a shuttle bus that ran from 8 am to 5 pm. Every hour on the hour. Its suggested to be in the front lobby five minutes til the hour. The shuttle only travels up to 3 miles. You can call any time for them to pick you up when you are ready but keep in mind that you may have to wait. It was a great location and service having surgery close by.
  : The handicapped room I really needed on the first floor, the A/C was broken and no other handicapped rooms were available. I was put on the second floor and the toilet was extremely low to the ground to use and the bedroom had its own room so it was cut off from getting good A/C also and had no fan. The hallways smelled funky and you could tell the place needed some detail cleaning and the pool was shut down by mandate. I was a little disappointed but the kind staff and convenience of location for surgery was nice.

  : Nothing At All...Did Not Even Stay
  : The smell(mildew) in the hallway and room,bed looking dirty and pillow cases,tile lifting up on bathroom floor,and door not looking secured to lock myself in.....I was by myself so I checked in and got in the room and walk straight out after seeing it...Totally FALSE ADVERTISEMENT...NEVER STAYED AT A CANDLEWOOD AND HAD THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

  : Close proximity to places we needed to be at. Prices were very reasonable for rooms. Front desk staff were courteous, friendly, flexible and accommodating.
  : First rooms were too dark, ac challenges and a wet musty smell with damp carpet in one. Room we were switched to had a used napkin and pizza slice crust behind the recliner chair.

  : Did not get room I rented room given smelled like an ashtray and it was non smoking!! Run down building and did not recieve a receipt was told you would send me a final receipt, which I have not recieved. I am a Csncer patient at MDANDERSON and will mot stay there ever again!!
