  : Comfortable, clean room.
  : I did not get the room I reserved and paid for in advance and I was charged again when I checked out after I had initially prepaid. The hotel would not help me get a refund on the double charge since I used a booking site even though it was the hotel that charged me again.

  : I did not like anything about this hotel. They let drug addicts stay across the hall from us constantly screaming and fight and hitting one another. On top of that, during my 5 DAY stay housekeeping only came by once in the morning WHILE we were still in bed and didn't care to come back later on as we requested. Also there was crap on the inside of the only elevator. On the day of checkout, the housekeeping and manager made us very uncomfortable by calling and banging on our door to get us out of our room. The final straw was when the manager banged on our door when we were getting our belongings and she had the audacity to tell me she was going to charge me an "extended stay" fee because we were checking out after 12. She NEVER told us a checkout time to begin with, none of her staff did. Bottom line this hotel was absolutely terrible and the was treated us horribly.

  : The roach incident in my first room, but the gentleman at the front desk handled it quickly.
