  : The location of the property is good as it is by a lot of great venues and food spots.
  : The hotel seems to have a lot of strange people who are not staying at the hotel “hanging around.” There was one gentleman and his friends with several loathe dogs standing at the entrance of the hotel making guest entering very uncomfortable. The parking is a rip off at $30 a day plus taxes. It is very confusing to park and the hotel is not the only entity that is using the garage so I was a bit confused about how the parking was so pricey. There was also no security in the garage which was very creepy. The room we were giving had a tub that did not drain water and upon sending maintenance in to check it out we had to pack our things up and move in the middle of the night because the tub could not be repaired. None of the phones worked in the 1st room we were given. The second room we moved to after the tub incident had air conditioning issues and the air never got cold the maintenance man came and said he fixed it but he did not. When we had to move rooms the hotel offered no assistance at all and only offered us a gift card to use at their bar. I informed the front desk agent we do not drink and she informed that I would need to wait until the manager came the next day of if I wanted something else. Upon the manager coming the next day she informed that she would take 25% off our first night stay only however when we checked out she switched it to $25 and said it was because we refused the gift card that was initially offered. During checkout I inquired about who was texting my phone inquiring about my stay and asking if they could give me a call to follow up on on my response and upon me saying yes I never received a follow up call. The manager told us that it was one of the front desk agents and while she was saying that one of the male agents was standing there cracking up laughing and when I inquired why he was laughing was he the one texting, he said yes and thought it was funny.

  : The parking here needs to be addressed. 1. Parking fees for guests and visitors are outrageous 2. Upon arrival, the hotel shuttle was parked blocking the garage entrance. 3. Parking garage needs better lighting. Feels like a dungeon.

  : Everything was great except the fact that (my parents) who actually were the ones who stayed there had apparently a $15 per person per day ($30 total) credit per the front desk lady and when they tried to use it for the restaurant it was denied. They ended up having to pay for it. The lady clearly said the credit could be used for everything except Starbucks. I am a Hilton honors member and one breakfast was the least they could have offered especially after telling my parents they had a credit.
