  : Close to the freeway, refreshments, quite, pool was nice, staff was friendly
  : The room felt humid, we had the air on high and it was still really hot and humid in the room

  : The breakfast was outstanding I mean good. The privacy also was good. The bed was comfy as well.
  : Management definitely need some new training.mlord I spoke with someone earlier and told her that I would be coming in at 7am no problem we can help. 715 arrived and the evil manager said nope no way we have no such thing. Even if I pay for the room nope no opening booked. I'm like look my grand baby graduates at 10am. Well the best I can do is let u stay in the lobby until about 230. Alright sir well do u even have a bathroom I can wash up in. Usually I don't allow but I can let u use the pool bathroom.came back 3pm a room is available. He made ne pay a double deposit because my name and maiden name are different. My grand son was so happy when he saw the pool. Can you let him see the pool "it's closed for cleaning" and "only for guest" my lord hold me back. I'm a guest he is a guest but he's not listed. Dude just guve me my key I'm tired I leave in the morning. Get to the room oh yes like I remember the dang bathroom beeped all night and I mean the entire night. The pillows stanked. I slept that for such a small amount of time that checking out the same manager was still there. The rude one that I told about the beep he told me he built the building and never heard of such a thing

  : The soap in the shower is Dove brand and it was great! The front desk supplied towels as requested. There are a few fast food restaurants near.
  : There was a roach crawling on the wall in my room.

  : Great location, near great food places and overall nice environment. I love how they make courtesy fruit water everyday, very refreshing.
  : The clerk had a horrible attitude the night we arrived. The bathrooms in our hotel room can use more cleaning we kept finding hair everywhere. There’s free dove soap, shampoo and conditioner near the tub but the soap bottle was empty and hadn’t been replaced. There was also a small bar of hand soap on the sink that should’ve been replaced as well, not sure if the guest before used it for their hand or body seeing that the soap body wash was empty. We’ve stayed here before and had a pleasant stay the first time and was looking forward to the same this time but didn’t come close if you ask me. The beds were cozy but again more hair on the sheets, who wants to see that? Overall stay this time was about a 4 which is not even close to the 9 rating during the first stay. Can’t say I’d be back to this location.
