  : I did not get the room I asked for for I asked for bottom floor by security.
  : Assistant manager is a liar and a theif! Property had very shady residents living there. When I arrived, I had to wait over 2 hours to get checked in for my room card would not work and the assistant manager or no one else in office. then, the guy next to me and his wife were acting very shady. I had my car filled with my belonging for I was moving. the girl sat in their car all night right next to my car with the neighbor standing by my door all night. The next day , I was leaving and the guy runs up to my window screaming I had a knife and going crazy z He would not let me leave the property by standing in front of my car. I had to back up and go to the police station to file a report. When I get back the guy next door is standing by my door and I told him he would be arrested if he did not leave me alone He told me that he spoke to the ass. Manager and I was going to be kicked out. Next thing I know , the ass. manager told me to come to office and that I emwould have to leave and she would give me my money back for the days I would not be staying on the property five more days plus deposit of 100 dollars.I said fine for I just wanted out of this bad, unsafe hotel. She must have been friends with the crazy guy next to me for she told me that when I was driving I said I had a knife which is just crazy for my windows were rolled upI was told by the AManager that she would refund my money for the days not stayed and amount was over 300. .After waiting for 3 days, my money was not refunded. I call her and she said since I did not call booking .com then she was keeping my money except for 2 days around 75.00 dollars. What a joke ! She never told me to call booking.com. and told me she would refund my credit card. She is a liar. She NEVER told me to call booking.com to get a refund She is a flat out LIAR. We are going to court . Do not ever stay at this hotel. I asked for a bottom floor with security camera close by and she was booking people after me into 1st flo

  : The front desk associate was extremely apologetic about the situation. She was very helpful in working with me and Booking.com to rectify the situation.
  : That somehow even though my payment cleared, when I arrived at the property I didn't have a room.

  : I like the location of the property.
  : I didn't have hot water the first 3 days when I reported it 3 days in a row I kept being told the maintenance would come check it and never did. I had to go to the office and force them to send someone up. Also had to request the room to be cleaned because nobody ever came on my so called scheduled day which was Monday. They came the next day when I had to track down maintenance. I was told by property manager the water doesn't get hot in any of the rooms only Luke warm. I was also quoted a price of 402 weekly and wasn't told until I went to check in it had $100 deposit also. Then I was quoted an entirely different price from the property after I had already paid $504 at check in. My phone in the room didn't work which I also reported to the office. They swaped the phone out and told me it only works for outgoing calls it wouldn't ring if someone wanted to call me. My window also didn't lock had to get maintenance to slam it to get it latched n locked. The internet was also a huge problem I couldn't even work because the strength was so low. Then half the channels didn't work on the TV. Needless to say I will never book there again.
