  : The swimming pool area was great and the staff at the hotel were lovely. The breakfast was very good.
  : It felt very large and empty, wasn't expecting that.

  : 1. My first encounter with the receptionist at the front desk wasn't as welcoming as I expected. I arrive at the property around 11am, I was aware that check in is at 3PM but I know from experience that on occasion if the room is ready early check in may be allowed. I was told there is a $50 fee to check in early. I told the receptionist that I will return closer to check in. I went out and came back to the hotel around 2pm and about 215 I asked the same receptionist again being that there is only 45 minutes until check in can I can check in early and she just looked at me and responded $50. I commented on the fact that the lady right before was given a room and went up and she told me that she paid the $50 fee. I went back to the bar area where my other guest that I’m staying with is waiting for me. We gathered our belongings and went right bak over to the check in desk to sit in the seating are to wait until 3PM. As I’m approaching the desk I see a couple checking in. So at that point my senses are heighten and I’m listening to see if they are paying that $50 just minutes away from 3P. As the receptionist finished checking them in, she signaling for me to come over to check in. I found strange when I just asked her to check in a few minutes prior and she said there was a fee.2. Next, I checked and went up and there was a one bed and I went back down and asked if we can get a two bed since there is two of us and she said no that is not possible we are sold out until next Thursday. Her response seemed in-genuine because of the prior awkwardness around checking me in early. I said OK and went back up to the room.3. Next, I called room service for towels and toothpaste. Luckily I had my door locked because there were two women at the door with the items and they used the keep to open the door. Even after they seen that I had the top lock across the door, they did not knock on the door at all.

  : They kicked us out the pool at 7:50 before even 8pm. Sun hadn’t even gone down … and pool rules say open dawn to dusk .. which feel is very unfair had I known it was gonna be this way probably would’ve choose somewhere else as my purpose was to relax by the pool
