  : Ike was very accommodating and prompt. he was very helpful throughout. pool was great despite cold weather.
  : the place was clean but could use a few updates to make the stay exceptional. the carpet seemed very used, one bathtub seemed to be peeling and a towel rack loose.

  : The price was very reasonable given the convenience of the central location in the city, close to many nearby food and shopping options. The second best feature is the spaciousness at this venue with 2bd/2ba it is highly ideal for travelers with mid size groups or families and children.
  : Just heads up first off to any vacationers traveling here, streets heading toward Maroneal are under major construction so be prepared for bumpy rides and narrow lanes. As far as the property, interior could have been a little more clean, particularly bathrooms and dining utensils which needed washing. Only other issue we encountered was the Checkin process to get the door access code. Instructions originally provided were incorrect (ie pool gate code was not working) but thankfully we could get a hold of the property manager to give us a workaround to get into the room more directly.

  : The room was nice and spacious.
  : checking in was hard, had to walk about a quarter of a mile inside the facility while I left my car in the street to get to room and get the garage fob. the beds are old and creaky. toilets clog easily for some reason. dont get me wrong, was worth the price but had its small frustrations

  : Its location and affordability. We were offered a very good rate for an apartment with five beds. We were also able to get to all venues easily from the property
  : The mattress on my bed was sagging and probably needs to be changed otherwise the beddings were really good quality and clean. I also like the fact that we had detergent to clean dishes available for us. we enjoyed our stay

  : Great location. Good neighborhood that felt more secure than some other areas I have stayed before.
  : The beds seemed a little worn and the king my wife and I shared was beat! There is a bit of maintenance that needs to be done to stop the fixtures from leaking and especially since Houston is in a drought.
