  : Tv stations were good.Bed was ok.
  : No elevated.I had to walk to the 3rd floor. No vending machine up there ,not even ice machine.Place has roaches

  : Room is clean and spacious, hotel also provides shuttle bus which is very convenient to the red-eye flight passengers. Front desk is very helpful, so is the shuttle bus driver, very polite.

  : This hotel is very convenient to the airport for an overnighter. The check-in/out was extremely easy and staff were welcoming and informative. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport in the very early morning: easy to book, right on time and friendly driver.
  : I messaged the hotel to ask how to catch the shuttle the day before I arrived but received no response, and could not call when I got there since I didn't have a SIM card for the US. I ended up taking a taxi which cost $25 (for only 3 miles since there is a flat rate zone). The room was really comfortable, however unfortunately I was near a large HVAC (?) or something just outside my window which was very loud and woke me up several times. I was there not even 12 hours so it was fine, but if I'd stayed longer I would have asked for a different room.

  : When I checked in the front desk person was nice, gave me a couple of restaurants where you could get delivery, and scheduled the 4:30 am shuttle for my next flight.
  : I slept through my alarm for the 4:30 am shuttle I needed. At 4:28 am the front desk called me and asked me if I still needed the shuttle, I had everything ready I just needed to change, and I said yes. Immediately after hanging up the person at the front desk came and banged at the door and continued to bang until I opened the door. Took us less than a minute to get everything ready I opened the door and he continued to yell at us, yelling that I was holding everybody. We got to the shuttle at 4:31 am (The only ones who needed the shuttle was us). My daughter was shaking. It was a horrible experience.
