  : When I arrived, I was greeted by men smoking weed in the parking lot. When I got to the desk, the receptionist was nice. However, that was the only pleasant thing I have to stay. The elevator smelled like beer. The room was FILTHY. There was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, the toilet was unflushed, the bathroom had dried brown stains on the toilet and counter, there was no phone, and the bed linen was dirty. I immediately called the front lobby to tell the receptionist and she asked me to return to the lobby. She had already drawn up new keys for a new room but I had already had enough. I requested a refund and left immediately!

This trash was just piled up outside of peoples rooms.Picture 3: more trash that someone sat outside their room after we picked it all up.This is the email that I sent the property manager:I just want to say that I am very disappointed in this booking. The pictures are VERY misleading. I am very disappointed in a lot of the things that went on. If I had it to do over, I would have asked for my money back prior to unpacking. The first thing I noticed when getting on the elevator was the smell of marijuanna. Once getting off the elevator, the smell was even worse. It’s hard to explain to a 10, 6, and 5 year old what marijuana is. The very next thing I noticed was the line of trash piled up in the hallways. My phone was in my luggage, so I didn’t get it before we picked it up. But this morning, there was more laid out there. So I was able to get you a picture. As a guest, I shouldn’t have to throw away other people’s trash just so that my family can walk through the hallway to our room. I have attached a picture to show you the amount of trash that we picked up yesterday. Because it’s still where we left it. And I feel like this goes without saying, but I will say it anyways, the smell of rotting trash is awful. Thirdly, there was mold in the picture frame of our room. Fourthly, the pool had trash lying around-including diapers with feces inside. My husband had to pick up the dirty diaper, and throw it away. The smell was so bad, even after the diaper was thrown away, that we just left the pool. My kids were very disappointed in that, because they wanted to stay at the pool. I didn’t have my phone with me at the pool, or I would have gotten a picture of that for you too. And lastly, the breakfast is awful. The cereal is stale. My kids will eat just about anything, but they wouldn’t eat any of it. And after I tried it, I don’t blame them.

  : The area wasn't too bad.
  : The rooms were absolute trash. Broken sinks, hair everywhere, black mold in showers, floors weren't vacuumed at all, TVs did not work. People stomping in floors at 12:30 AM in the room above me and cursing each other out at 6 AM in the room next to me. Come to find out that the people above me were actually with the people in the room next to me. That explained a lot. Definitely not kid friendly and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone even at $20 a night.
