  : The location in the north of the island was perfect when you are not looking for a touristic beach holiday but for a nice quiet stay. The garden with view on the Teide (on clear days) is lovely. Parking the car on the property was convenient (a bit narrow driveway): due to the steep roads we did nearly everything by car. The supermarket across the street was convenient and people were super nice! We even got a bottle of apple champagne and grapes for new years' eve!
  : In summer the stone walls must be great to keep the Finca cool inside, but in winter it was really cold; heating with a small radiator did not really work, so we always had to wear all our warm clothes also inside (there were also blankets). The Finca did not provide basic things like toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, soap, salt, pepper, tea or coffee, so we had to buy everything for our short stay (not a big deal but having the basic stuff would be nice).
