Rocky Mountain Lodge: Walk-to-Town Private

  : We liked the living/den room with two leather couches and a comfortable arm chair and the fireplace. We appreciated the Christmas tree that was set up for our Christmas stay. The dinning room with a large round table was nice for our party of 6. Plenty of chairs for guest.
  : I wouldn't describe this cabin as being "walk to town", maybe on the way to town (down hill) but up hill back to the cabin. We were disappointed that the master bedroom didn't have a king bed and that the upstairs didn't have a bathroom to support the two bedrooms. Also, the kitchen wasn't real supplied with some useful items such as juice glasses, rubber scrappers etc. We did appreciate the empty pantry where we could load our supplies. Another thing that seems unwelcomed was the rental office. We arrived while there was a hard, cold rain and they refused to let us into the office, where it was warm and dry. We could only stand outside and speak with them thru a window. Very rude!
