  : The owner, Mr Paride, was very friendly and obliging. He spoke little English, and we spoke little Italian, but we got by just fine with Google Translate. He also has a balsamic vinegar cellar which can be toured if you ask. There was a good selection at breakfast.
  : Consider a ceiling fan in the summer perhaps?

  : Location was great for Modena area (15minutes by car). Visited Ferrari Museum in Maranello and the centre of Modena. Got a free tour of the Balsamic Vinegar production on the farm, great host Paride. Room and bathroom spotless.

  : Roberto is an absolutely charming host and it was interesting to see the vinegar operation There has clearly been effort made to provide supplies for guests in the room. It was clean and there are 2 chairs for the table and a little balcony.
  : It's right beside the main road which is noisy until midnight. There are no people living on the property so it doesn't feel other farm stays we have experienced. Breakfast was prepackaged bread and sweet yogurt, sweet croissants, if you like sugar, perhaps fine?
