In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Charges may apply and vary depending on property policy if extra guests wish to stay.
Please note, guests booking 3 rooms or more will be charged 50% of the total amount as a deposit 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID at check-in.

Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to show on check-in.
