  : The room and the towels were dirty. The room didnt even have power outlets near the bed. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom The breakfast was very poor with only croissants and some fruits no cheese no ham no jam nothing not even butter.Cant recommend this hotel to anyone.

  : The room and the restroom were really clean and cozy, it definitely exceeded our expectations: my wife is quite picky when it comes to the cleanliness of some hotels' restrooms but she was very pleased with this hotel. The decoration of the room was lovely. It was like being home. The staff was really kind and very helpful, always with a smile on their face no matter what and ready to assist you. There was an employee that spoke many languages and was a pleasure to be around, and the ladies also had a very warm character. (The mess in the photos is because I took them when we were leaving, but when we came into it it was all clean and tidy.)
  : There was no elevator, which in our case was not a problem since we were staying for only 1 night but for some people, it may make things a bit difficult if they carry heavy suitcases. Although I am sure in that case the employees would definitely give you a hand (they did it with us and we were traveling very light).
