  : We came for a quiet sleep retreat. The shower was great albeit, there were some hairs left behind that were missed by the custodians. The bed was comfortable.
  : The remote control was absolutely disgusting. It had caked up food and what looked unmentionable, on it and I spent the first half hour cleaning it for use.There were no gluten free options so we had to grab fruit or go elsewhere instead of getting to eat breakfast and sleep in.

  : Breakfast was pretty good, need to fix the pancake machine. Many options which was great. The location was very nice.

  : Our room smelled clean but it was not. The bed had dirt on clean sheets near the pillows, and the mattress did not have proper mattress protection, and the box spring covering was coarse fabric that never gets washed. My husband laid in the bed, and it creaked like it was very well worn, as was the stained toliet seat and dirty shower tracks in the bathroom. We were moved to another room and as I was checking the bed again (as I always do in any hotel we stay in) I lifted the mattress to check and found a hot pink (se*) toy under the bottom middle of the mattress. We did not stay at the hotel. We were offered to have the room re-cleaned or to be moved again or be refunded our money, and we opted to leave and to be refunded our money. As I told the employee at the front desk, we trusted The Hampton Inn as we have stayed at other hotels in the past and they were exceptional. This was not the experience we had this time.
