  : 1, The absence of eggs at the breakfast buffet was surprising, and we were told we would be charged an additional 3.50 for eggs, a policy seemed unreasonable & inconsistent with the initial booking. 2, I was also disappointed to discover that the hotel's bar, as stated in the Ara Hotel Classic booklet, was closed during daytime hours on Sunday, September 24th.
  : 1, The first issue arose when we were handed the key to room 227 on the 2nd floor. We were unaware of the hotel's facilities & it was only later we discovered the presence of an elevator. The receptionists neither offered assistance nor provided any information regarding the available amenities. This lack of consideration & basic courtesy was disheartening 2, The situation deteriorated further when I attempted to extend my stay for 3 additional days. The receptionist, Anna, informed me that a double room was unavailable & that I would have to pay 71 for a single room without breakfast or 77 with breakfast. When I raised concerns about the discrepancy between the prices listed on the room door and the ones quoted, her response was dismissive and confrontational. She insisted that the listed prices were outdated and firmly stated, "Take it or leave it." 3, Furthermore, on the morning of Sept 24th, a cleaner entered my room despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door. This breach of privacy was highly unsettling & entirely inappropriate. 4, Additionally, TV channels didn't meet the advertised 24-channel count, & the BBC (GB) channel was also not working. 5, In conclusion, my stay at Ara Classic was marked by discomfort & frustration. It is evident that improvements are needed in various aspects, including staff training in hospitality & communication. I must commend two staff members, Maria & lady from Syria, for their exceptional service. 6, I hope that this feedback will prompt Ara Hotel Classic's management to implement changes that ensure a more welcoming, inclusive, & guest-cantered experience for visitors from all around the world. Every guest, regardless of nationality, identity, ethnicity, gender, or colour, should be treated with fairness equality, and respect.

  : It's an okay place to stay if you just want to get a sleep on your long drive. It's close to the highway that makes it convenient. We were able to check-in late (11 PM).
  : The room was very tiny and it smelled dusty. Also, there was some weird dirt on the wall. There was no air-conditioning and it was a hot day that made the night unpleasant. When you open the window, you'll hear the noises of the cars and the people form the neighbour rooms. I found the price too expensive for the value.
