  : Very clean, organized, well-maintained , and spacious place. I like having the washer, dryer, dishwasher, and vacuum cleaner. A mini-market downstairs is a plus. It was a 5-star stay.
  : Collecting the key from a different place was inconvenient. Charging extra CHF5 for the parking is meaningless, since the parking is reserved for each apartment anyway.

  : Located just above a Petrol station and a convenience store and next to a main noisy road.Difficult to sleep if you have to open the windows of your bedroom as there is not air conditioning in the flat. Constant traffic noise till quite late at night.

  : The rental process was very easy. The keys were easy to obtain and the hosts provided very detailed and easy to follow instructions. The apartment was very spacious, clean and in immaculate condition when we arrived (looked like a brand new apartment). The location was very close to the Interlaken West train station which made it easy to catch a bus and a large supermarket which was convenient for grocery shopping.
  : We didn't like the noise from the parking below the apartment. The apartment shares space with a gas station and convenient store which results in a lot of people arriving in the morning for coffee, or late at night for quick snacks or beverages. People tend to congregate in the parking area below the apartment which makes it very noisy in the evening. Also, the beds weren't that comfortable and the rooms were hot since there wasn't any air conditioning in the apartment. We left the windows open, but then it was too noisy (due to the issue I noted). Finally, there was some sewage back-up in the pipes resulting in a very bad smell in one of the bathrooms.
