: The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We got delayed and had to check in beyond their normal check-in hours, but the staff were patient and caring, and they asked us to grab some food before arriving even we came late, as there would be no food around the area after 9pm. I also like the amazing story about the property. The property is spacious and clean.
: My room was out of hot water when I took a shower at midnight due to my delayed arrival.

: The rooms were warm & comfortable, and well stocked with tea, coffee, milk etc. The host was very thorough in giving lots of information about the hotel and surrounding amenities. Our 2 car party was on a motoring holiday, and Rob, our host was very knowledgeable about local scenic routes in the area.
: Nothing really - everything either met or exceeded expectations.
