  : Location was good.
  : Beds extremely uncomfortable. Mattress very thin.Sofa Extremely uncomfortable.Upstair Floors very creaky. Water heater in bedroom made a terrible noise during the night keeping us awake. Tiles on bathroom floor lifted and posed a tripping hazard.Shower screen comin off the wall.Washing machine temperamental.Tv kept switching on by itself at random times during the night.

  : Smart modern kitchen, good crockery and cutlery, good shower, nice view from the front.
  : It was described as spacious and luxurious but our view was that overall it was quite small and very ordinary. Some of the furniture was tired. The upstairs floor creaks badly in all rooms and the landing and wakes people. The small bedroom heater makes a noise and disturbs sleep. The bathroom floor tiles have moved, the towel rail brackets are loose so one rail fell off, the shower screen is tired, and to shave one had to lean over the toilet due to the mirror being on a side wall. There is mould on the bath sealant and under the taps was very dirty. In the kitchen the only sharp knives are carving size, there is only one chopping board, and no rail for tea towels.

  : Location was fantastic away from the city life in such a quiet area with beautiful views across the Moray firth. Close enough to venture to the city for shopping and tourist attractions! Culloden battlefield is only a few miles away to so lots of history surrounding the place. My family and I definitely had a wonderful adventure
  : The only thing wrong is we didn't stay long enough and althogh heating was on in the living room at night it was still cold, upstairs was cosy though!

  : Booking.com had the key pick up address wrong so we wasted a bit of time getting the key, thankfully the owner sent an email with the correct pick up instructions . One bedroom houses the water in a closet and would trickle. Easy to resolve with ear plugs.

  : Bit further out of Inverness than I thought. Walked in once but taxi / car was used mostly. Local bus service poor

  : Location perfect,nice and quiet.
  : Sofas need changing and the creaky floors upstairs are past being annoying
