  : Access to the property is through the side and rear of the ground floor terraced property which looks neglected and there are possessions all over their garden which was very off putting. Of course, I do not think the owners of this property could have done anything about it but sadly its quite an unpleasant way to enter your holiday apartment! The flat itself is clean, tidy and close to city centre.

  : Great apartment in a great location. Spotlessly clean, cosy living room with books dvds tv wifi and everything you need
  : Bedroom was a bit cold on 1st night with light duvet. However the owners provided an extra new warm duvet and a plug in heater so all goodVery narrow steep steps up to apartment. Fine for us but wont suit everyone

  : access to property was far from ideal. This property was a loft conversion some years back, as a result, to gain access you had to walk down the far side of the neighbouring property, then across the backyard, through a gate to arrive at the back door & only entry to this property. Opening the door from the outside you were immediately confronted with a steep stairs & to close the door from the inside you had to climb the first 2 or 3 steps& bend down to the handle & door lock. It was looking tied, in need of a refresh. Needed a coffee table by the sofa to place a glass, plate etc on, kitchen knives could do with a sharpen. Property on main road so constant traffic noise heard in both living room & bath room.

  : Jo and Kieron were great and very welcoming. Jo gave us great restaurant recs and good advice to explore Inverness. We were able to do laundry and cook breakfast with no trouble and found everything we needed in terms of cooking apparatus and electronics.
  : The apartment could have been cleaner in the corners and we felt like there needs to be a ventilation system installed especially in the bathroom. In our opinion there was a slight humidity smell when we arrived. We also saw two small roaches / wood lice. While this is not the owners' fault, having to go through the neighbours very messy garden to reach the apartment's door also took away from our enjoyment.
