  : -Location was good and property itself was easy to find (flat number needs better signage though). - Rooms were of adequate size. - Host was quite responsive - Bed comfortable -Very warm with additional electric heaters
  : At initial appearances all looks good.....until more time was spead there: - price does not include cooker cleaning!?? - utensils were left dirty for us. - dining table and mats were dirty - hairs in shower rooms - awful damp/sewerage smell in en-suite - there is no toaster! - no complimentary tea tray as advertised in flat - no hand towels provided in shower rooms - shower leaks a lot due to worn door seals - no kitchen dish towels provided. - we had to repair tv ariel to get it operational- luckily it was a quick fix. - we had very noisy neighbours -poor value for money sadly.

  : Heating was on pre set timer and off through day. No hot water. Couch beds etc all need replaced.

  : The property was available at short notice and was warm, clean, tidy and as described - and quiet enough (see below). We particularly liked the en suite facilities for the bedrooms.
  : Initial impressions of the location were slightly worrying being beside a public car park on fairly busy road, but the apartment itself was good.. There was some confusion on arrival as we could not get into the key safe for the nominated apartment, but a telephone call gave us the combination number for the key safe for the adjacent apartment.

  : Upstairs neighbors played loud music until at least midnight. I called the owner who said he would look into the problem. Nothing happened. And then he stopped taking my phone calls.

  : RIver Ness apartments are in a great position, being close enough to walk to the train and bus stations. Meeting places for tours was easy to find. Food and shopping are also very close. Plenty to see and do also. The providers were easy to contact and quick to reply. Lovely stay in Inverness

  : Spacious and clean and response to questions on Booking.com very good.
  : Beds and bedding were rather uncomfortable. Insufficient glasses in kitchen. No dustpan or tea towels. Bathrooms could do with shelving and shower seals are worn.

  : It was seemless to get into the complex and the owner was responsive to several requests.
  : When booking, we got the impression that we would have a river view. We did not. Some of the work on the facility seemed to be a "do it yourself" job - particularly the bathrooms. Leaking showers and mold in the showers.
