  : The location of the property cant be faulted, it is great and so easy to access Inverness town centre via walking
  : Unfortunately in the renovation they have completely forgotten about the ceiling/ floor level - it is not only non existent but if on the ground floor everything above you is amplified (so if someone is above it is horrible- particularly if they are a bunch of drunk men who arrive back after midnight and do not go to bed till hours later). As a family with a young child and infant staying here before a long international flight it was so upsetting not to be able to sleep. The noise level, especially for a Wednesday in November meant non of us could sleep and so I imagine in the busy summer season time with even more guests it would be even noisier (if that is possible).My advice would be to make sure your room or apartment is on the top most floor and that you have no one in a room above you

  : The carpark was full and had to park across the bridge as there was no spaces atall

  : Very nicely decorated apartments, with comfortable beds and clean throughout.
  : Slight musty/damp smell - could maybe do with some damp proofing.

  : Its so big that although the heaters are on its not very warm and cosy although the shower was amazingly warm

  : We had some leaks in the kitchen and bathroom and a clogged shower drain.

  : The apartment was very tired in appearance. There was no heating and no hot water in the apartment. It transpired staff were well aware of this issue before we arrived and still allocated this apartment to us!
