  : The waiting staff appear to be OK.
  : Breakfast was served between 9am and 10am however we had to be left by then and had asked for contental. There was no milk or bread so both mornings we went without breakfast even tho it was suppose to be included. We also had no milk in our room and when I asked for milk I was told I would have to pay. 3 hours passed and I still didn't receive the milk. The tea and coffee was of no use to us with out milk! Threw out the night there was a shouting and strange noises coming from the room next to me. I was in the room with a 5 month old baby and it was loud enough to wake the baby. We also had a slight scare when our door shut and the door snibb locked. It had locked our phone in room and our 5 month old was in the room. We couldn't get in touch with any one at the reception and even with the help of other residents we couldn't get threw to any one to get a spare key, resulting in my partner having to break the door down. I then contacted the emergency number 5 times and still no response. It raised concerns if there was an emergency who do you get in touch with as no one answered the emergency number. We offered to pay for the door to which the hotel has persuade, I just wanted to bring it to the attention of others.

  : This family run hotel is in a good location on bypass of Inverurie. Handy for seeing many attractions. We stayed five nights and one night eat out rather as hotel but were back the next night as the food is hot tasty and well presented. All staff are friendly and helpful. Would certainly return.
