  : Genial host, good for contractors, plenty of parking good for vans although narrow access roads. Decent beer, plain good food had beef curry of specials board, tasty, food price average. Rooms comfy, decent breakfast real deal clincher complimentary custard creams in the room.
  : The only real issue was showers although adequate bit slow. Sorry but as a contractor need a decent shower.

  : The bedding was terrible. Duvet was flat and heavy and the bedding wasnt linen, but a material which made for a hot nights sleep.

  : The room was clean and comfortable. We slept well. Dinner menu was varied and we all enjoyed the dinner, though were too late to order dessert, as the kitchen had closed, which was a disappointment. The full English breakfast with toast was very nice too. No complaints there. The tea/coffee tray in the room was well stocked with drinks, biscuits and milks etc. We arrived on a bad weather day, sadly, but the garden looked really very nice and I imagine it would be lovely to sit out there on a sunny day.
  : The light bulb in our bathroom wasn't working and the bed linen had an odd, sort of tacky/dampish feel to it. Some nice cotton bedding would have been nice. However, we did sleep well and the room was about what we had expected for the price.
