: The location is great, walking distance to the beach and the village when going out for dinner. Lidl is two blocks away so it's very easy to fulfil basic needs - coffee, water, food etc. The place has 2 dedicated parking slots with option to park third car just in front. Overall very satisfied with the facility, the host is great and readily available (although we never really needed him).
: Increase the internet speed if possible, I can imagine people working remotely while staying but the current speed will not be sufficient for audio/video calls for example. To be clear the internet is consistently available but a bit slow.

: The host Niko is super nice and taking good care of his guests. The villa is clean and spacious, close to the beach and the supermarket. We had a quiet and comfortable stay.
: The kitchenware could be improved a little and we were would have loved a bigger garden.

: Good villa with a garden and a terrace, suited close to the beach. House was clean at first look. ACs were switches ON when we arrived. Host welcomed us with some guidance and there were some fruits and wine as welcome gift. Location was nice (the closest beach is just across the road - 5 min walk). We were nicely surprised that each two days, the whole villa was cleaned and each 4 days also the sheets were changed. At the end of our stay also they have trimmed the grass in the garden. The garden was equipped with a bbq which we didnt use because we brought our Go Anywhere Weber. Kids liked the terrace and the garden a lot.
: At first place everything was clean but after we returned from our first beach we saw that there are stains on the toilet. These have been removed with the first clean up in two days from our arrival. At the same day we saw that there was no solid knife in the kitchen (only serving/ steak knives and 1 knife for bread), so we had to buy one. There was also no baking dish or soup bowls in the villa (in short we expected more from the equipment in the kitchen). There was also no accessories for bbq like fork, bbq pincers or lighter. Also there were no seasoning, salt or oil (I was expecting these to be in the villa, usually every guest leaves such kind of stuff behind. Most likely the host throws these away. 3 from 4 bed rooms are suites in the basement which we havent notice from the pictures in booking.com. It was shocking at first look, however this didnt spoil our stay and we enjoyed the villa.
