  : The bed was not so comfortable it was sinking in. Bathroom was not very clean. I think they gave us the worst room because we had a dog.

  : The staff was very nice and helpful and also spoke English. The Croissants at breakfast are so good and the offer is alright for the money. The location is perfect for an overnight stay as it is so close to the highway.
  : The rooms had a bit of a strange smell (He showed me 3) maybe someone who was smoking was in the room before and the clothes left that smell. The first time I stayed here I didn't have that issue. What really makes me mad though is the cleaning personell in the morning! They enter my room before I have checked out. The first time I was walking my dog and they came in and they took away my towels, wich was annoying because I couldn't dry my hands after using the bathroom. More importantly though I had my handbag with all my credit cards and ID still in the room! Apart from taking them they could have also just copied the information. I told the receptionist when I checked out but it doesn't seem to have changed because this time I was still in the room and he knocked but just immediately entered the room even though I said I am still in here! You really, really need to talk to your staff and find a way for them to know who has checked out.
