  : New and comfortable hotel in a quite court Yard near the 130 quarter. Very good beds.We met only russian speaking staff, but we got help when needed and talked with Hands and feet.
  : There was a big TV screen in the room, but we could use it, because everything was in Chinese and only Pay TV available.

  : Let's start from saying that the situation of accommodation in Irkutsk is not very good. Usually "hotels" are former (or current) apartment buildings, with few, or none, of the amenities you would expect elsewhere. These facilities are usually overpriced, meaning that they are not very expensive for Western standards, but they are expensive compared to what you pay, for example, for food and transport. The stuff is generally not well trained, and speaks no English.This hotel is no exception: its location is excellent per se, but it is hard to find. It is a former apartment (or office?) building on three floors, that you have to climb up a narrow staircase. The rooms are modern and clean, and the lady at the reception is very nice, but you do not have the kind of assistance that you would expect even in a modest hotel in Europe or North America (such as breakfast and / or someone sitting 24 hours at the reception desk).So, overall I would say that the hotel is very good for Irkutsk, which does not mean that it is objectively great.
