  : The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel overall was unique with an indoor pool in the back of the large lobby/breakfast eating area. Food and gift shop were open late until midnight/1am for us late travelers.
  : The shuttle service late at night was challenging to get and we waited over an hour at the airport for one to come and had to call multiple times to figure it out. I think we were at the wrong location, but we saw many other hotel shuttles come to the shuttle stop that we were at, just not Atriums. Also, the free breakfast is only for 2 people per room regardless of how many people are in the room. We had to pay $11 per person for our 2 kids to eat. Lastly, the staff we saw were all middle east/India persuasion (not sure if they were legal or illegal immigrants) and we had a hard time communicating with them, but they sure knew how to ask for tips. Signs everywhere that tipping was highly encouraged. I don't know if this is the same in most hotels in the Dallas airport area, but it sure was the same in the establishments inside the airport. I bought sandwiches at TGIFridays and couldn't understand the gentleman working the register, but he sure knew how to set up the keypad for me to enter in a tip amount, bypassing the option for me to choose no tip. He didn't do anything beyond his job to earn a tip, but I tipped him because he was watching me closely and I couldn't communicate with him why I didn't want to give him a tip.

  : Quite new and nice facility less then 10 minutes from Airport. Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed.
  : The lady at the front desk was not too friendly and did not share any information (floor of our room, breakfast place/time, parking etc). At arrival the bathroom had a funky smell. Later we experienced a plumbing issue (clogging). The guy at the front desk was very efficient and sent a maintenance technician in a few minutes. The problem was promptly solved but the smell persisted.

  : Very spacious room, clean and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for what I went for. The pool looked nice although I didn’t get in it. Staff was friendly.
  : The room never got as cold as I liked. Woke up to a huge leak by the entrance, it created a huge spot in the carpet, when I walked to open the door my feet got wet. I notified the house keeper right away and she seemed concerned and expressed how they apparently had already fixed it and it happened again. Then I notified front desk on my way to check out, the guy didn’t seem too concerned just smiled and said thank you. Good thing I was already checking out, otherwise I would’ve requested a different room. This Place looks nice, has potential and staff was friendly over all. But the leak I experienced in my room explains the unpleasant odor lingering the hotel.
