  : This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in America! The room I ordered was not available, and they just let me check in without informing me first! My check-in method, my room is not consistent with the one I ordered, because I can choose more hotels, but the reason for me to choose them is that I want the suite, but the hotel gave me the reason that they have all been ordered out! I have a question. If I have made a reservation and paid the fee, but the room is not reserved for me, then what is the meaning of my reservation? The solution they offered was to give me a discount on my purchase price of $274, which was $199 excluding taxes and fees, a reduction of $46! Or give me an extra room, or cancel my reservation and go to another hotel! Or wait for their management to deal with me the next morning! I didn't see their management the next morning and only received an email telling me directly that he gave me a $46 reduction, but I still didn't receive the refund! OK, I don't care about the money, I just think the attitude is really, really incredible, how this hotel is going to survive! And at 9:00 PM, the toilet also broke, I went down to ask the front desk to help me repair the toilet! The kitchen is also very, very dirty!

  : Outdated furniture and televisions. Needs lots of cleaning not just wiping down and changing sheets. Walls, doors, corners and furniture were dirty.

  : I use to like the amenities and bedding and the living area
  : I dont like that the ice came out with dirty particles, there were men walking around with no shirts, it seems more creepy like a motel. The couches are dirty along with the stained carpets. This is my 3rd time trying to give this hotel a chance because this was always my go to hotel. But since a new company and management has took over(bcz I definitely inquired) it has become like a motel stay and Ive only been to a motel once in my lifetime and I WOULD NEVER want that experience again but if you come to this location you might have that experience. It looked like prostitution was going on right in the lobby area ewe just a place I wouldnt want family or friends to experience and it was soooooo EMBARRASSING . Last time the lights were off for almost the whole day. This hotel is not the experience I want to have and its just slum. I never left a review for this hotel in such a way but this hotel deserves to be known. I hated my stay just because it was a downright hot mess and I wanted to leave but couldnt bcz all my daughters friend had already arrived
