: the owner was very rude. he will make your stay uncomfortable. you must do what he says, when he says. your reason for doing things slightly differently wont matter: for example, you must bring your ski bag straight to the basement instead of to your room first - we thought because we arrived late wed first go to the room as it contained our clothes and we did not want to disturb neighbors; the next day he called us spoiled children (we are in our mid-30s) because of this. later in the stay, he asked us to move the car from the front to the parking lot before the next day. when I confirmed wed move it that night (I thought I was being helpful by messaging him), he came to our room and asked that either we can or he will move the car immediately. hed walk away from us every time we tried to talk with him. he then would visit our room when we were skiing (without prior notice). we caused no problems during our stay - no noise complaints and got our deposit backit really started before we even got there. the owner was angry with us because it took us 3 days (over the weekend) to respond about our passport information (we are a group). he thought this was inconceivable. his behavior was truly inconceivable.

: They were there when I arrived, and the location was perfect! They also had a safe parking spot away from the snow. I really liked that there was a balcony.
: I did not like the early checkout at 0900, nor that there was no shampoo or conditioner.
