Disappointing

  : - the room was clean - there is a swimming pool - thermal waters pool - the bed was fine - an additional pillow and two blankets in the wardrobe - the bus stop is right in front of the hotel gate
  : We had an overall bad impression of the hotel and its location in general. It felt like the hotel makes as less effort as possible to charge you money for your stay. - the photos on booking.com look, of course, better than the reality - no welcome drinks as was promised in the offer - our room was literary facing a wall of the next hotel, only 2 meters away - the sound isolation is TERRIBLE! you can hear EVERYTHING in the neighbour rooms and corridor. And naturally, your neighbours hear you - the 'big bed' is, of course, two single beds next to each other with a gap inbetween - the cleaning lady enters the room without knocking on the door. So if you are in a situation you don't want to be seen... well, good luck. - there are no signs "please, do not disturb" provided by the hotel, so we had to make our own, to prevent the cleaning lady breaking in our room - there is a RUSTER living just behind the wall of the neighbours building. Rusters start singing at 4:30 in the morning. - the breakfast is just a bare minimum. One croissant per person. Cherry tomatoes at the buffet are always unwashed and unfresh - hotel is situated at the main road, so there is really bad air pollution from the street - it's about 15 min by foot to the beach downhill (and back naturally uphill). The location has almost no sidewalks for pedestrians, so it's stressful and dangerous to walk there. Also, there is no regulations on the gas emissions from the cars, therefore you are suffocating while walking to the beach.

  : Staff were not helpful , bar one one member who was pleasant throughout our stay ( boxing joke ;) ) .0n arrival after 13 hours of travel to be told we couldn't get a drink or any snacks and everywhere around was closed , to then walk outside and be welcomed in by the complex accross the street with drinks and snacks ?! hotel and pools very dated . Paid for a see view room , didn't get one , after them asking us the following day if we wanted to change rooms , to which the alternate room was in a very poor condition we declined

  : The location is scenic, restaurants very near, shopping, small markets nearby,good transportation available, some history to explore and new friendships to be made. The breakfast is very good; much better than you usually get at a hotel. The staff bend over backward to assist you. Go and see for yourself.

  : This nice small hotel with the swimming pool is very home style and relaxed up on the hill, easy reach from Forio town and beach is very beautiful just few minutes walk (up and down using the stairs). I really enjoyed my one week vacation. The position is very good, green, the beach is comfortable, few shops are nearby, you may find all you need, you may travel around Ischia island. On front of the hotel is nice restaurant with the sea view and life music during the evening. The room is cosy with balcony facing up the silent garden with lemon trees and during the night you may admire the stars from your bed. There is even small tv I have never watched. The staff is nice and polite. I ask for a later check out and it wasnt a problem. Breakfast is random and limited since covid restrictions. You may also have a dinner in the hotel but I have never ordered. I enjoy my stay! Good offer for a good price.
  : First thing: the aircon is really noisy so you cant sleep when it works, I used to sleep with balcony door open, but then mosquitos came in.... second thing: there is no minifridge in the room to keep the water fresh ... I mean it is a 3 star hotel and it is normal to have minibar o at least empty fridge. This small thing made me disappoint. So, please, use it like suggestions!

  : The room was clean and comfortable for the length of my stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. Nice clean outdoor pool and amenities. Free pick up/drop off shuttle to/from Forio port. Bus stop not too far. Walkable distance to Forio.
  : The breakfast buffet could improve a little including more fresh produces and fruit. It would be good to place the croissants on trays rather then serviettes. Didn't try any of the made to order dishes.

  : Last day they made a mistake snd charge me 20 Euro for the drinks we never hadIt was 6am the guy at the reception could not speak English i tried to explain yo him that we never eat ot drink at the hotel except the breakfast which was included in the price he wouldnt understand. I did not wanted to loose the boat so just to go I had to pay him 20 euroStill I do not know why they put somebody else drinks to out room

  : On the main road. very noisy. long walk down steep steps to the beach. shuttle bus like a death trap. staff were (apart from Angelica) on the whole rude and unaccommodating. the hotel is in need of modernisation. the rooms were NOT clean and the bedding and towels do not get changed often enough.(especially considering we are just out of a pandemic.)

  : The breakfast was abundant, as well as the dinner at times. The waiters were attentive, polite, and efficient, as well as the receptionists.
  : The cleaning ladies did not clean the rooms at regular hours, sometimes early in the morning or late in the afternoon, preventing the guests from occupying the rooms before 4pm. They also did not clean the floors and bathroom very well, limiting themselves to making up the bed and changing the towels. After spending the first week at the hotel we expected them to change the bedsheets but they never changed them. However, we never asked them to change the sheets because we accidentally had overheard them complaining about having to change our towels every day. They were very unprofessional. Another negative point is that the hotel makes its guests pay for tap water.
