  : Appreciated the view from balcony. On the lovely waterfront but an easy walk from the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. More choice at breakfast than is usual in Italy.
  : The bathroom floor was hot due to a buried cable: would be lovely in the winter but felt quite stifling in the heat.

  : Place is exelent for staying- in a very centrum of the town. Triple room with balcony with the view of the lake - fantastic. Staff is always welcome to help you, always smiling. Coffee at the hotel is very tasty.
  : Only one remark to the staff: in case you are preparing breakfast package for early morning departure guests, don't forget to include a sandwich or crossaint :)

  : Very helpful staff. I had rented a bike which turned out to be 5 km away. They had the bike delivered to their lobby for an extra 5. Great breakfast--Italian-style bacon, scrambled eggs, grilled veggie mix, and help-yourself coffee. Room was spartan and long in the tooth, but clean and entirely adequate for me staying alone. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the ferry and also the centro storico. The train station is an easy walk unless you're dragging two or three large suitcases. There's a restaurant and bar inside the hotel, and I had a very good lunch with tender, rare steak over a bed of rucola. I loved this place and would go back. The nightly price was unbeatable.
  : The room was quite warm, and the AC was blowing right on me in bed. I was waking up three or four times a night to either turn the thing on or off. The room was old to the point of being funky, but everything was rigorously clean and nice. I appreciated that they hadn't refurbished it and then charged double. The bed was comfortable enough, but it was definitely on the economy side. I've slept in worse.

  : We had room 28 at the back. The hotel had a lift but also two lots of internal stairs to get to the lift and also the room. The bathroom also had a little step up.
