  : Stopped serving food at 8am... we usually eat dinner later than that, would be nice an optional room service pizza, hamburger or something, otherwise you have to get in the car and go out in order to get food. Beach is not for swimming.

  : Lobby was really pretty and front desk staff was nice. Pool itself was awesome! Very large and had beach entry so it was great for kids! I did mention it was my moms birthday and there was a nice card and chocolates in the room upon check in. Great location, close to lots of attractions and places to check out!
  : Lighting in guest room was terrible. The bathroom vanity light was very dim. No other lights located near mirrors making getting ready hard. Rooms themselves were updated but hallway carpets were all water stained and gross. The pool itself was beautiful but they only had about 20 chairs for the entire resort which was not nearly enough. There were also no towels available for the pool or beach for most of the time we were there- we ended up having to bring bath towels down from our guest room. I called room service to get silverware for leftovers I had brought to room and they told me that couldn't bring silverware, that I had to go to front desk. Just overall not what I was expecting for such a nice resort.

  : The pool and location next to the ocean was excellent. The tiki bar was a favourite, with friendly helpful servers, though it did close early on two of the nights of our stay.
  : a couple of times the complimentary coffee and water bathroom gels were not replaced, so we had to ask the reception staff and on one of the days our room was not made up. Though on our last day the duvet cover was changed because coffee being spilt on it. In the corridor to the rooms on the 2nd floor there was always the feint whiff of paint and indeed you could see that some cack-handed painting had been made to the door frames in such a way that white paint was also on the edges of the blue doors. This is a basic thing and gave a shoddy appearance. Also the runners to our balcony doors need a good clean with debris in the runners that appear too have been there a while. Our room has a partial sea-view, which was okay, as long as you averted your gaze from the carpark below ( quite hard when on the 2nd floor )

  : Great get away from Miami with kids. The pool has a gradual entrance which was great for our youngest. We walked to dinner which was very easy. Food at hotel was good too! Loved having a balcony.
