  : Very supportive and friendly lady at the reception. Good breakfast and comfortable lobby area. Tea, coffee is available whole day at lobby area. Room is clean and has enough space. Tea/Coffee is also provided in the room.

  : The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The communal working area was also a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and spoke English which was handy as my french is rusty.
  : The shower was not brilliant, hot water took a long time to come in and it wasn't that powerful.

  : Good location, near the subway, nice neighborhood, quiet. Several restaurants and markets nearby. The reception staff was friendly, accommodated our luggage until later in the evening. Free coffee and water at any time, in the lobby. When available, ok breakfast. Available terrace for smokers. The room wasn't big, but enough for two, and the bathroom was quite spacious.
  : The shower was leaking on the floor (there was also a big stain on the ceiling for a flood on the upper floor), at breakfast there was no one attending the refills, you had to go into the kitchen and notify someone, then wait for the food to come out (this happened in both days). The AC wasn't working. Too expensive for what it had to offer. Definitely not a 4* hotel.
