  : it was unclean, someones hair was in the bed and it was not like in the pictures. i changed my hotel immediately.

  : The hotel itself it s nice and i rated it with big scoreWe had a problem though: we were told that the check out is at 12:00, But some guy came at 11:00 yelling to go, he didn t want to get out when we told him to go and let us to finish out baggage because we were told we can stay until 12:00. Moreover, he invitated 2 potential guests to see the room while we were there.Again, I recomand the hotel and I would come here again. But the situation before we left was really ugly

  : There was a front desk 24 hours. They upgraded us to a superior room from an economy room because of birthday when asked.
  : Rooms were tiny even though we got upgraded to a superior room. Toilets were also small. We didnt have the breakfast option. Lobby is also very small and cramped. When we asked for directions to the local sightings to the morning staff they told us to figure out ourselves. And asked for restaurant suggestions , one of the morning staff told us to use our eyes to decide. So not very helpful at all. Also hotel is on a hilly area so didnt like going uphill. When booking tours or cruises the drivers wont leave you in front of the hotel or pick from hotel as the roads are too narrow for cars or suvs to come.

  : There's nothing positive about this hotel. It situated in the most slum area of istanbul giving islam a bad name
  : Literally everything was bad. The old man at reception called Hasan was so rude, didn't respect tourist and finds it boring when you tell him this. He tried to take money from me to just book a taxi. That old man needs to go.
