  : The location.. although the road its on is busy through out the day and night. Traffic outside at 1 am is a normal occurrence here.
  : Whilst this was a great location , the hotel was not clean and not well kept. The shower tiles were in desperate need of a clean, the toilet randomly kept filling its self up all night and the shower dripped whenever it wanted too. Reception was unattended the majority of times, only twice I saw somebody sitting at reception. We were in the hotel for 3 nights.

  : I recently stayed at the A11 hotel in Baghdad jadesi Istanbul and unfortunately, my experience was not the best. I stayed between 13-15 November and during my stay, I had to change rooms three times due to various issues. The toilets were dirty, and in one room, I even found the bed sheet had been used. The breakfast was subpar and not very clean and the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired.However, the location of the hotel was good and I appreciated the outlook and lobby of the hotel. Additionally, I found the night reception guy to be very nice and polite.Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay at the A11 hotel. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and facilities need significant improvement. I hope the hotel management takes these criticisms seriously and makes necessary improvements for future guests.

  : There was a serious problem with the rooms booked since initially the staff was trying to give us another type of room saying that Booking.com made a mistake. After serious conversation in 2 in the night we received the rooms we booked. The bed shiits amd one blanket was dirty (see photo). The balkony was also dirty. The breakfast is also of poor quality so overall the money we paid does not correspond to the service provided. Be careful when book room since the one offered as with balcony does not correspond with the reality
