  : It is an amazing small hotel located in the heart of Istanbul. The team working at the hotel was absolutely friendly and welcoming. The room was of decent size, sparkling clean and had all the amenities necessary, including a perfectly functioning AC, a minibar and WiFi. Fully stocked bathroom, hairdryer was provided as well. The breakfast was rather good, I particularly appreciated fresh watermelons and halva. All in all, amazing place if you are looking to stay close to the very heart of the city.
  : I would consider adding croissants for breakfast and, perhaps, a complimentary bottle of water to the room. No other suggestions or complaints.

  : I recently had the pleasure of staying at Acacia Hotel during my visit to Istanbul, and I can confidently say that it was an outstanding experience in every way possible. Breakfast was good: The breakfast was a delightful start to each day of my stay. From traditional Turkish breakfast items to more familiar international options. The dining area was inviting and provided a perfect ambiance to kickstart my day. Burak and team went above and beyond: What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by Burak and his team. They were always on hand to assist with any need, going beyond the call of duty. Burak suggested marketplaces to explore, helped me hail taxis, and shared invaluable knowledge about Turkish cuisine, culture and places to visit Rooms are very clean and well-maintained: The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms at were truly commendable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job ensuring that everything was spotless and tidy. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Perfect location for tourists: The hotel's location is a tourist's dream. Situated in the heart of Sultanahmet, most of the city's iconic attractions are within walking distance. I could easily explore the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and many more, all conveniently located nearby. This location added a great deal of convenience to my trip, as it allowed me to make the most of my time in Istanbul.

  : Staff is incredible. Next to the main attractions. Good halal breakfast. The perfect place if you want to visit the city. Not lift but it is normal at the city centre.

  : nothing to mention. only issue i would say motion sensor lights has to be fixed quite dark on stairs. An accident can happen because of dark.

  : The room was big and comfortable, and everything was clean. The location was great, very close to the main attractions.
  : The windows in the room overlooked some kind of patio and other room windows, providing no view and making the room feel dark. The bathroom facilities could be renovated soon.

  : The transfer car they got us charged us $100 for the chair malfunction and then lied that he didn't get that amount. We were close to missing our flight and the hotel didn't help us sort it out.
