  : During our stay, 20-22 March 2024, we noticed that the service of the hotel had got a facelift and raised a little compared to what we had experienced over the previous 7-8 years where we have stayed at it, mostly because of its excellent location. We explicitly told the receptionist about this. This very positive impression was totally destroyed the when my partner and I returned on 12 April.
  : On 12 April 2024, we returned for this 3-day stop-over after a 10 hours night flight and lengthy transfer from IST airport. The stay 20-22 March and this one, 12-15 April, were booked and prepaid in mid November 2023, and our reservation of twin rooms were especially confirmed because separate beds are a prerequisite for us sleeping properly. Upon the latter arrival we were told that the hotel was fully booked and we therefore had to be content with a double room and a double bed. - Which we, as elderly persons and with obviously priority booking far ahead of anyone else, plainly rejected. After demanding to speak to the Manager we sat down to wait for some appropriate reaction. After some time the receptionist told us that the Manager had decided that we should be transferred to another hotel and a twin room according to the booking. After more than a additional hour of trouble we then finally hit the twin room and single beds as envisaged and booked. - We urge other customers to hold on to their booking details, and seek extra confirmation of important details, because unqualified hotel staff cut corners and attempt to deceive you, as our case shows. - As a side remark, it is also noteworthy that the hotel treats longstanding, faithful customers in this manner.

  : Great service, restaurant at the bottom was great. A few meters from main attraction of the city center. Quite. Clean.
  : Room a bit small (city center !). However for 2 nights it was not a problem.

  : Location was convenient. Walkable to most attractions with tram station nearby. Many restaurants nearby. Clean room, hotel staff was helpful and responsive. WIFI works.
  : Room size is small. Water pressure for shower was inconsistent. Aircon unit had issues but was resolve when system was reset by reception. Hairdryer is a on-wall unit. Spa hammam was chargable.
