  : Location is good if you are close to SAW airport. Also, they should mention the address properly as it's in a hotel building. My taxi dropped me 1000 ft away and that apartment security said this place doesn't exist. Quite unnerving in an alien country

  : The location is good. You can eat around the hotel or can take out food from restaurant. You will have a good access to the sightseeing places like bazaars and mosques. If the weather is fine, you can get there by feet if youre strong enough to walk the steep roads.
  : The road to the hotel from the tram station is very steep. You have to be careful if you travel with a suitcase.

  : Owner is a scammer, photo of balcony are fake, if you do not agree to pay cash upon arrival, owner knocks on your door at night, day before your last day, demanding cash payment while pretending your credit card was not charged. Owner refuses to provide invoice upon check out. And if you do not comply with his cash payment scam, he will turn off the lights and electricity in your room. Also, it is a hazard to stay here as you are locked in at night. Stay away from similar properties nearby, they all demand cash payment upon arrival to avoid paying bank and booking commission fees. They are very upfront about it. They use booking platform to acquire new clients then cancel the reservation on booking so they do not have to pay fees. Also at small properties in this region, you are at the mercy of the owner who either sleeps there or nearby so u do not feel safe when they can do anything to you or your belongings while you are staying at property. We called booking because after owner knocked on our door and lights/electricity was turned off shortly after, we did not feel safe and did not stay a night that was paid for one of us.

  : The owner was really nice, and so were the people working with him / downstairs. The apartment felt very safe and is very easily accessible. Lot's of decent places to eat at around, and within walking distance of every major tourist site in Istanbul. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a safe, convenient and cheap place.
  : The bed (two mattresses put together) we were given was extremely uncomfortable.

  : Stay away, the owner will rob you of your travel joy by staying here. Owner is focused on using booking platform to get clients but then insists for guests to make cash payments to avoid paying booking commission and bank fees. He ran our card 5 diff times to overcharge. Am a world traveler and never experienced such a scam! Also photo of room with balcony is not true. You will not feel safe here as lights can be turned off by anytime as owner lives there/nearby as retaliation for refusing to pay cash.
