  : Air port pick up was late. Taxi Rates are same as other hotels but only for smaller taxis it was comparatively higher.

  : Arriving at the hotel. Not a good evening or a welcome, nothing at all... Just to pay, not to fill out any paper that we are in the hotel, not whether we want coffee or tea.... Absolutely nothing. We carried the suitcases ourselves. The room is very small, two people cannot pass each other. There was no drinking water or liquid soap. The towels were torn and dirty. View from the terrace, garbage dump. When I went to the reception and said all that, they told me that I could pick up my things and go to another hotel, but that the money would not be returned. I stayed there for two more days. I met a family who had the same opinion as me about that hotel. I have been visiting Turkey for over 15 years, but it is the worst hotel I have had so far and I would recommend that you avoid it in a wide circle. When I come back from a walk or go on a walk, no greeting or anything. So the worst hotel so far in Turkey in terms of staff, comfort, cleanliness, absolutely everything.... Horror movie

  : The position might have been the only good thing and the fact that the baggages could be left there before the check in and after checkout
  : I booked the room for one night and got a miniature room where i couldn't fit out 2*20kg baggages. I was stopped by the owner in the last day after a review on Google to tell me that i added a bad review about his property which isn't real .He also said that he doesn't usually book anything for one night ,surprisingly i had booked it for one night without issues and I'm pretty sure he isn't keeping that room unused. About the service i can say that the room didn't offer too much ,one thing i can mention is why did i receive coffee and tea in the room and i also had a heater and i have not received any water ,i had 3 other places rented in Istanbul during my 7 day trip and all of them offered this . The breakfast was very poor and a small place like the room with very few options of eating . The last thing to mention was the check in time ,i had requested an earlier time for check which i was told to have it, if there was any room available.I made it at 10 in the hotel and was told that there is no room available yet and that I'll be contacted through WhatsApp if something will be ready before the check in time at 14 . No one contacted me anymore and it's been 16:00 when i actually arrived at the hotel . Overall it's been a very poor experience with this place and i wouldn't recommend it under any condition.
