  : Immediately after paying for our accommodation at the Enderun Hotel, I was contacted and asked if my company and I needed VIP taxi transportation from the airport to the hotel. If you are a first time traveler to Istanbul, I would recommend booking this transport. We were warmly welcomed by Emrah and other hotel staff, who took our travel bags and suitcases.We got the Istanbul card from Emrah and we were kindly given info on using the said card for our public transport every day.Instead of the room we actually booked, we got upgraded to another one with a balcony and a view of the harbor, which was very lovely.The hotel staff was so friendly, and the hotel had a nice vibe and design to it. Our breakfast varied every day, and everything we tried was so very tasty, so all the praise to the chef. The winter garden where breakfast was served was spacious. The area next to it, with a lawn and tables and chairs, was also nice to enjoy there.
  : The only negative side was that our bathroom constantly smelled of sewage. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to try putting fragrance diffusers in the bathrooms. Also, the grout in the shower cabin was full of fungi and mold, which is a big oversight on the cleaning crew.

  : Lovely rooms, decor and airy and cool too. Great building. The people on the front desk were so helpful and fun to to chat with. Good Turkish breakfast with plenty of traditional products. Had a effortless stay !!

  : My room was clean spacious and luxurious. Osman, Murat and all the staff were friendly ,polite and could not do more . The breakfast buffet was huge filled with continental and Turkish delicacies.
  : Although the location was very central, the hotel is not accessable by car . However the taxi driver and day tour operator as well as staff were very good in accompanying me to and from the vehicles.

  : One of the most charming hotels I've visited. Staff are very pleasant and helpful without being too intrusive or pushy. Room was very spacious, great air con, daily freshen up by cleaners and decorated in a traditional Turkish style. Breakfast was excellent for the price and plenty options for a vegetarian, which can't be said for much of Istanbul. I used gym for weight training each day and it was great once you get the fan circulating air. A special shout out to Akhan who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay and sorted me a good price for airport taxi.
  : Bathroom is a little old fashioned and small shower cubicle but really not a big issue.
