  : The room was not clean and it was very noisy. There was lots ants around in the bathroom. The staff was very rude. Breakfast was the only thing which we liked.

  : There was an extremely lovely rental place across the street. They offered to let my significant other stay there within the rental place when the hotel owners kicked out my significant other.
  : The first problem was when they tried to raise my prices, saying it was due to the currency exchange. Luckily since I booked through booking.com, they were unable to raise it. The second problem was my significant other wasn't allowed in the room since I had booked this with another friend. While they said they had the rule that "No extra people allowed in", we tried to see if we could pay extra since my significant other didn't have her room for the night. At first, they tried setting the price extremely high for her to stay the night in the room (if I remember right, $100 or $80 for the night), then they just suddenly stopped negotiating and closed down the available rooms on booking.com out of spite. They also were talking aggressively in Turkish, so I can only assume they were cursing us out. Later during our stay, we also had a CONTINUOUS stream of ants in our room (which was right next to the kitchen, when our friend got in, he was upgraded for free because he's American). We asked them to get rid of the ants 4-5 times, but they kept returning (we think they simply vacuumed them). There are several photos included of the ants. One of the bed headboards also had exposed nails and screws. Luckily my friend only got scraped once, as they all looked rusted. They also had a cheap lock box that did not have instructions and was simply placed (not locked in place or wedged) in a desk drawer. The rest of the room had; water damage, the wood was starting to come up from the sides, and the bathroom was not fully clean. We chose to ENDURE our stay since we feared the REPERCUSSIONS on our luggage. My friend and I fully believe we would have lost some, if not all of our luggage (including our passports). There is no doubt our luggage would have at least been damaged. Overall it seemed like the main staff was a group of guys with their egos on their sleeves, so if one ego was damaged or affected, they all joined in.

  : Good location, close to Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar and restaurant area, but many other hotels are in area so its easy to find a better solution.
  : Arrogant stuff, nobody came to clean the room until I asked for and when finally someone came, one day later, they just made the bed.We were 3, but we had towels only for 2.When we arrived, other client claimed that she dont want the room and they treated her very impolitely. I dont know if she got her money back or not.
