  : The rooms are totally different the room is too mucb small even the bathroom the toilet seat is in front of the water faucet so your face is gonna 10 cm away of the faucet , there was no space for my stuffs , i had a guest they charged me for the geust 20 usd without bringing extra bed and also did not accept to give us a matress , the refregirater was weak the food rotten in it , the good thing is only the breakfast except the juice was artificial and cheap but the food was good and fresh , the location is great exactly the center in between the europian and asian 3 minutes walking to the tramvay sirkeci and also there is a metro station that takes you to the asian side and also the europian , there is a near supermarkets, resturaunts and cafes also the popular hafiz mustafa deserts. *5 stars location *0 stars for room area space *0 stars for the interior . * 3 stars for the service * 0 stars for the price * 0 stars they charge for accepting guests without giving any service like matress or extra bed just charges applied for being in the small room which is not even suitable for a pet . .* 0 starts tge hotel is over priced * 0 stars the elevator is in the first floor
  : The small rooms The customer service The price is overpriced for the quality The rooms are totally different the photos are fake They charged me extra for accepting a guest 20 usd Without any service to the guest . First time the guest took another room next to mine they called and asked for the room keys before the check out time at 11:00 pm . The refrigerater was weak and old my food rotten inside not cold enough . There was no telephone to call the reseption it was not working , but there was another one in the bathroom but it was broken so it was just ringing but there is no speaker to answer them . The elevator is in floor 1 some tall stars which was hard for me to take my stuffs with me to the elevator .

  : The location, the staff were friendly , clean the room every day
  : The room was small for 4 beds, very old room,the bathroom was a disaster full of mold , so tiny, the first night we couldnt sleep from the smell of cigarettes in the room the next day they sprayed air refreshers .
