  : The location is very comfortable for sightseeing. Staff is helpful and friendly.
  : This hotel is definitely not a 4 stars, 3 stars at the best (small rooms, old). Breakfast is limited. Shuttle transfer is particularly expensive (90 retour) because they offer a high class van, which is absolutely superfluous and definitely higher level than the hotel. Access to spa/hamam is charged too (and not only specific services or massages) at the same price as for external visitors (there might be a little discount) and as any other hamam in the city.

  : The location was perfect! You just walk outside and the metro would be there, if you dont want to use the Metro the tourist attractions was really close by where you could just walk. What I loved the most was the staff and how friendly and supportive they were. Always checking if we okay and providing us with the best transport, with airport pick up and drop off.
  : To be honest nothing. They really accommodated us well.

  : Very good location near public transportation and tourist attractions. Nice staff very welcoming easy communication for organising transfer. Room was very clean and the towels were changed often during our stay.

  : The only advantage of this hotel is the location. Its nearby all the main tourist attractions in Istanbul.
  : I booked for 3 nights and my holiday with my parents was screwup because of this hotel. They gave us the 7th floor and on the second night, the lift was not working for almost 15 hours. My parents are old, they cannot take the stairs to their room. It was a crazy night!! I even had to book the others hotel for them. The receptionist in charged on that day was not responsible and not easy to communicate as they didnt speak English very well.The hotel room was different from what they advertised on booking.com. You can get a better hotel in Sultanahmet area at the same price.

  : the breakfast was okay, repetitive, but still good, but then I found out that they put out new dishes on later time, so for people who opted for breakfast early will miss those new dishes that they brought on during those times. the location was very strategic around Sultanahmet, tourists spots and tram are accessible by simply walking, restaurants, shops and pharmacy are also close to the hotel. the room is cozy, suitable for just sleeping in, nothing more. staff is doing their upmost best in serving the customers of the hotel which is good.
  : during our stay, we found out that the housekeeping part is lacking ALOT. sheets and covers are not changed regularly, they just tidied up and tuck everything back in, only changed the towels. even when there is a stain, they won't bother to make the effort to change any so we have to be careful on snacking or drinking on the bed our room doesn't have much space or enough chairs to sit down. but after a few days, they don't even bother cleaning our rooms at all, we had to reuse our towels (thankfully we hang them up all the time), we even had the sign on the door for them to clean our rooms, but nothing happened. there is no trash can in the room, we had to use the tiny trashcan in the bathroom to dispose everything, we even had to take out our trash bag to separate our trash in the end. there is odd noises in the afternoon (somehow late at night but I just deduced it to be the other patrons of the hotel) them doing God knows what when we tried to stay in before going out later in the afternoon. Also, they don't use card to charge for stuff, only cash and in euro too, had to ask to request paying in lira since we don't carry euros during booking for airport transfer.

  : Nothing. It was the worst hotel I ever had.
  : 1- The staff.Some guy at reception on 11th Nov at around 11:30 Am. I told him about my taxi reservation which I made a day before with the help of another stuff member and he gave me a wrong information that theres no reservation just because he wanted me to book a hotel transfer to airport for 45 euros, clearly he was trying to do that to get his commission from the agency that he literally did every possible attempt to stop me getting taxi from hotel to airport. I was ran of time so I went out and got a taxi by myself. 2- BreakfastSuch a bad experience with breakfast that they werent refilling the trays and buffet. Literally had those hard pieces of bread with mild tea as there were no tea bags aswell. Im glad that I booked this hotel for only 1 night.
